New organization will offer specialized and innovative learning and development to prepare companies and governments for the new world of work
Lucerne, Switzerland – 8th October 2021 – The B2B division of international education company, EF Education First (EF), and the executive education division of Hult International Business School, Hult Ashridge, today announced that they are forming a new corporate learning business under a new name: Hult EF Corporate Education.
Hult EF Corporate Education will support organizations and governments to remove barriers to communication and international collaboration through language and intercultural communication training; upskill employees in core business competencies through expert faculty-led programs; and build leadership capabilities through executive education and coaching. Learning will be delivered in all formats – face to face, blended and online – the latter making use of highly engaging digital tools and techniques to engage participants and to support meaningful and measurable progress.
Hult EF Corporate Education will bring together the best of two learning organizations to provide even greater impact for their B2B customers. EF’s international presence and expertise in immersive learning and digital innovation, when combined with Hult Ashridge’s deep academic research and extensive experience in cutting-edge executive education, will allow the organization to support customers across a wider range of markets, introduce exciting new experiential and digital learning formats, and expand our range of learning and development solutions.
Unlike other corporate education organizations, Hult EF specializes in providing practical, tailored learning and lasting behavior change, focused on critical competencies in the new world of work. In the context of globalization, automation and digitalization, these competencies enhance human connections, including communication, relational skills, collaboration and cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, personal resilience and leadership capabilities.
Using the large cohort of EF and Hult Ashridge faculty, along with its body of innovative research and proprietary teaching pedagogies, the new organization is able to provide the deep expertise of a boutique learning partner supported by the resources and technology of a trusted global organization. The latter is demonstrated by worldwide Hult EF Corporate Education campuses, including a castle previously owned by Henry VII, as well as by the many examples of large-scale and international learning programs, including partnerships with the Olympic Games, Rugby World Cup France 2023, the Rwanda Development Board/ Mastercard Foundation as well as the EY-Hult Tech MBA.
EF Education First (EF), founded in Sweden in 1965, provides culturally immersive education through language, travel, cultural exchange, and academic programs in over 100 countries around the world.
