Program overview
In this program, you will gain a deep understanding of what it takes to integrate and embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into the fabric of their organization. You will develop key relational skills to manage a range of diverse perspectives, ensure equality in a variety of working practices, and shape a positive and inclusive working culture. You will make progress on their organization’s life-long journey to “speak equality, do equality and drive equality.”
The program will explore several diversity components that play a part in unconscious bias as well as in creating a sense of belonging for employees. These include cognitive diversity, gender, age, culture, race, and sexual orientation. Leaders will gain greater self-awareness, discover the ability to create trust and psychological safety in teams, and learn to integrate diverse thinking and to become a role-model for inclusive leadership within their organization.

Several experiential learning opportunities allow participants to explore the power of diversity from different angles. They will work with actors, engage with case studies, and hear from guest speakers who share their stories and experiences. Participants leave this program inspired to connect strategy and emotion and with a deep sense of urgency to drive their organization’s culture of inclusion forward.

Who is it for?
Mid- to senior-level managers with a minimum of five years’ experience managing a team. Participants must have a desire to develop a deep understanding of diversity.
Online Learning
For participants with complex schedules and frequent commitments, the self-paced approach helps them navigate a full calendar and put the Open Program learnings first when it works best. This style helps participants avoid going through the motions of the course and instead focus on learning when they have the capacity to do so.

At every stage of the course, learners can get in touch with their professors or members from their cohort. Though the program is self-paced, participants are never alone, and they are encouraged to make connections with others to explore the course material from a variety
of perspectives.
