Program overview

Global leadership in the 21st century requires acceptance of the things you don’t know, and the ability to lead others through meaningful relationships, especially when you don’t have all the answers yourself.

At the heart of this program’s lessons is the capacity to work effectively across personal differences, which requires an open-minded approach, delayed judgment, and an inclusive mentality. Each session will include a reference to these themes and experiential learning activities supporting the development of this mindset.

The program is designed around three vital building blocks for effective leadership across cultures: personal, interpersonal, and business.

Learn and Grow with a Study Partner

You will bring a future-oriented, real-life work case and collaborate closely with a peer in each session to apply the learned concepts to your case. The case will be fully prepared in the 3 weeks the program runs and will be rehearsed in the practice session with trained actors who will help you to explore global, cross-cultural interactions from every angle.

Who is it for?

Mid- to senior-level leaders who manage international activities or global teams; leaders in global marketing and/or sales roles; international product and/or project managers; managers who have recently moved or will soon move to a different country.

Online Learning

We deliver programs through a combination of self-study content and live virtual sessions with breakout rooms, simulations, and role-playing workshops. Participants are constantly invited to take part in the conversation, making the experience highly engaging.

Support when you need it

At every stage of the course, learners can get in touch with their professors or members from their cohort. Though the program is self-paced, participants are never alone, and they are encouraged to make connections with others to explore the course material from a variety
of perspectives.
