This personalized program starts with an executive coaching session so you can understand your psychometric results before formulating your learning objectives. The content of the program is divided into 3 core themes focused on helping senior leaders understand their organizational ecosystem and develop their leadership agility.

The quality of the dialogue and relationships formed between you and people from different industries forms and integral and valuable part of this program. Support from an experienced Ashridge-accredited coach creates a nurturing and personalized experience. The panel conversation with CEOs and senior leaders gives program you real-world examples of peers who are putting into practice the skills taught in the sessions.

This progressive program uses social activities throughout the learning process. These experiential learning opportunities include Lego Serious Play, the “Collaboration Game”, working with jazz musicians, and listening to a professional storyteller. These activities allow leaders to see skills in practice in different dimensions, so they will later be able to draw on their observations and firsthand experiences while leading in the workplace.
