This short, intense program combines hands-on learning with deep self-reflection that uncovers emotions, attitudes and tendencies you have about your role as a manager. Effective teamwork is a crucial theme of this program, with experiential team-building activities and close collaborations with cohort peers.

Blended programs combine the best of live virtual and face-to-face learning. Part one of each blended program is hosted virtually and in real time. Then, you implement what you’ve learned or undertake strategic projects before coming together face-to face for part two. This course takes place in two locations. In the UK, the program takes places on-site at Ashridge House, just 23 miles north of London. The former country house for the British royal family is set on 190 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and boasts comfortable private accommodation, an on-site bar, two restaurants, a café, a shop, pools, and a fully equipped gym. Optionally, for those in the Middle East, you may wish to attend this program at Hult International Business School Dubai.

To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.

We personalize the learning experience through psychometric assessments, coaching and reflection sessions that take place throughout the program. With our online learning platform, Leadership Live, we're able to curate learning journeys to support professional development even once the course is completed.

Before each course begins, we ask participants to complete some self assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course. After the course is completed, participants will have access to all of Leadership Live's courses, webinars, live sessions and assessments for 6 months as part of the program.
